Dinero is a personal finance tracking tool operated by Romir Gade. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Dinero you agree to this policy.

3. Information We Collect
Only information you directly provide:
- Account data: email address, optional username, password stored as a one-way bcrypt hash (we never store or have access to your plain text password)
- Financial data: income entries, expenses, savings goals, budget limits, recurring transactions, and balance settings — all entered manually by you
- No usage analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party monitoring
- No cookies — we use browser localStorage solely to store your login session token
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Dinero service
- To send transactional emails: account verification and password resets only
- We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party
5. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on servers operated by Hostinger B.V. located in the Netherlands. By using Dinero you acknowledge your data is stored outside the United States.
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text
- Authentication uses JWT tokens with 30-day expiry
- All data transmitted over HTTPS
- We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use of Dinero is at your own risk.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. The only third party with access to infrastructure is Hostinger B.V. as our hosting provider, acting solely to store and serve data on our behalf.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
8. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of personal information (available directly via Settings → Delete Account)
- Opt out of sale of personal information (we do not sell data)
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

9. Children's Privacy
Dinero is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact privacy@eezeeapp.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. International Users
Dinero is intended for use by residents of the United States. Users outside the United States may access and use Dinero at their own risk. We make no representations that Dinero complies with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States. By using Dinero from outside the US you accept sole responsibility for compliance with your local laws.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Dinero after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
