By creating an account or using Dinero you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Dinero. You must be 18 years or older to use Dinero. By using Dinero you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Dinero is a free personal finance tracking tool that allows users to manually log income, expenses, savings goals, and budgets. Dinero is a data entry and visualization tool only. It does not move, hold, or process real money. No financial transactions occur through Dinero.
Dinero is a personal tracking tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing in Dinero — including balance calculations, goal projections, budget analyses, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections and estimates are based solely on data you manually enter and are for informational purposes only. Romir Gade is not a licensed financial advisor. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.
Dinero is intended for use by residents of the United States only. Users outside the United States may access Dinero at their own risk. We make no representation that Dinero is appropriate or legally compliant for use in any jurisdiction outside the United States. International users are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

You own all data you enter into Dinero. You grant Romir Gade a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership over your financial data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
Dinero is provided on a best-effort basis as a free service. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or data durability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes or discontinuation via email.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Dinero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will be preserved without loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Romir Gade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Dinero, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on app data, loss of data, or service interruptions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and delete your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Romir Gade from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Dinero or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Dinero shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You consent to personal jurisdiction in New Jersey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Romir Gade regarding Dinero and supersede any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Dinero after changes constitutes acceptance.
